As everyone here knows too well, Columbia has more than one quant master program.
Is applying to two program at once possible? If so, do I need two online application accounts?

I believe so. One program is on GSAS and the other is on IEOR.

Not allowed. It's against their application policy. You may check their website.Both program and graduate school state that clearly.

You may refer to MFE and OR programs which are under the same IEOR dept while the OP may have referred to MFE and MAFN programs with are in different dept/school.

I applied both programs.
I saw in the FAQ of MAFN(GSAS) that we can apply the programs in other schools while applying the program in GSAS. You will need two different online application accounts and send TOEFL/GRE reports to each school.
