I am a Korean who would like to as quant in the future. Right after I graduated from high school, I went army which every Korean man has to serve for 2years. I just discharged from army now but what I am concerned; there are several options that I can take:

1)College is not well known(2years and half)– Digipen institute of technology in Redmond, WA(2years) (major in Computer science in real-time interactive simulation) with (full tuition scholarship) All I have to pay is about $50000 for room and board. All the courses will be taught in English, It links to course sequence which I will have to take https://www.digipen.edu/academics/degree-programs/real-time-interactive-simulation/course-sequence/
2) Top 10% typical Computer science BS(4 years) in Korea with no financial aid.
After College I am thinking about to apply Financial Engineering master in USA, Which option Do you think more attractive to be a quant?
