In case your undergraduate transcript are based on a different scale from Columbia’s you need to get your transcript converted to the GPA scale by your academic institution or an appropriate agency (GPA is on a 0-4 scale) before sending it to the SEAS Graduate Student Services.

Can anyone suggest a reliable agency for this purpose ?

The issue is less important than you think. Just convert your grade into some of the more popular scale you can find online and note it somewhere in your application. When they evaluate your application, they will look at the original grade because it's better indication.
The application is made for US system where they use 4.0 GPA scale so it's more of an input limitation than anything.

you could probably use the services of www.wes.org most universities do accept it as a valid conversion of your aggregate marks into a gpa on scale of 4 but i am not sure if Columbia accepts it though but CMU does accept it
