Math Minor Needed?

Hi everyone, so I'm in my final semester of senior year, set to graduate in May. I'm planning on working 1-2 years before applying to MFE programs. I'm a biomedical engineering major, and I may/may not have a minor in math. To make a long story short, the last course needed to fulfill my math minor may not fulfill it after all. A technicality in the minor requirements may require a different course instead. With my graduation date set for this May, do you think it's worth it to graduate this semester with the engineering degree?

Will sticking around an extra semester to fulfill a Math minor on top of a BME degree do much more in terms of helping me get into a program? I appreciate all of your advice!
