Suggestions for a MFE or MSF program

Hi guys,

I am an engineering graduate from india class of 2015. I am working in an IT services company for the past 2 years. I want to do a masters in finance. I gave my GRE and i scored 308 (V:145 Q:163). I am giving my CFA level 1 this DEC and i also am planning to take up some basic certification courses from coursera. I would like to have some suggestions about which Universities to apply and what certifications to take up.

PS: I would prefer universities from US and Singapore.
