Did anyone get an admission from BU that has a decision response deadline of Feb.22nd?
isn't it too early for other programs' decision?
I wonder if anyone has experience with extending the deadline successfully.

Thanks!

That sounds encouraging but the next question is how long an extension should we ask them for. Many of the other colleges(like cornell, NYU,chicago) haven't even started to send interview invites, atleast from what appears on the tracker.

Did you ask for the extension? If so, what did they say?
I have the same issue. My deadline is feb 29th.

Yes, mine too and I know Tellingeric's is also the same.. Looks like everyone is getting the same 1 week relaxation.. which is actually pretty useless:confused:.. perhaps they just didn't want to say plain 'no' to this bulk request

How much is the confirmation fee? If it's under 1000 USD I would probably just pay it and consider it a security payment (if you don't get into other more favorable schools you will still have BU).

If you put it into perspective with the tuition you are going to be paying if you go to fx. Cornell, it's not a very high amount.
