Dev-C++...boost libraries for it?

Um hey guys...I was wondering, since I use bloodshed C++ (aka Dev-C++), can I use boost libraries for it, because they seem to be for MS Visual Studio only...does anyone know the ins and outs of the boost libraries and whether or not you can use them on any which compiler?
