Say if the idea were to enter the industry but head straight over to the realm of digital currencies what college/university/other place of learning currently offers the best hands-on education a college - where sharp programming skills in this new area are developed?

Obviously its not going go be that easy to find given how these instruments will present direct competition to the existing state banking industry..
