Hey there
This is my first post here but this is probably the most basic question out there. Sorry if it is way too simplistic.
If I have a "time series of realizations of a random variable", can this time series be the end of day price for any stock or market index value?

this seems a bit unclear.. i mean i guess so.. but maybe a bit more detail about what you're trying to accomplish might give us a better idea of how to help you?
