Hello everyone,

I'm here to ask for some advice on switching my career.

I've been working in finance for about 20 years now, mainly as a Business Analyst focusing on Rates and FX. I've also got the FRM certification. Right now, I'm working with FX pricing, but I'm interested in moving into FX modeling or a quant role.

Even though I have a lot of experience, I'm not sure how to make this change. I know I might need to learn some new skills or get more qualifications.

I'd really appreciate any advice or tips from anyone who's been through a similar change or knows about FX modeling or quant roles. Any suggestions on what skills to learn or where to find opportunities would be a big help.

Thanks a lot for your time and help
